The rumors are true.   On August 11, 2000, I joined the ranks of licensed pilots.   After a year of hard work and study, I finally earned my Private Pilot's License in a Bellanca Citabria 7KCAB.   I started my flying lessons August 10, 1999 in N4FR, affectionately referred to as "The Green Machine".   I soloed in N4FR on October 31, 1999.   A few weeks after I soloed, I switched to flying "The Green Machine II", N57671, a nearly identical Citabria.
